Cancellation Policy
All cancellations require a 24-hour notice. Your appointment will be cancelled after a grace period of 15 minutes. You are then deemed as a no-show appointment.
All cancellations and no-show appointments are charged a 30% cancellation fee of total service.
Cancellation fee does not roll-over to another service or rescheduled appointment time.
If you reschedule your appointment less 24-hours of original appointment time, a 30% cancellation fee will still apply.
Repeated no-shows will result in banning of continued services.
Travel is based per client, with requirement of an additional fee. Fee varies based on travel. Please contact via email for quote.
If you have been experiencing symptoms of sickness, including but not limited to COVID, please contact me to reschedule your appointment. Please wait 5 days before you reschedule and/or fever has subsided for at least 24 hours.
